If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally 24 hours in advance, so that we can smoothly reorganize our schedule. Additionally, our rooms and showers are thoroughly cleaned every day, and we provide hand sanitizer at all our locations. Our therapists follow strict hygiene protocols, including wearing masks in accordance with health guidelines.

We propose gift cards and vouchers available for purchase online or directly at our spas. Please note that vouchers can only be used during weekdays, from Monday to Friday. It is preferable to book your treatment in advance to ensure availability when using a voucher. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used for any of our treatments or products.
